Ingredients
- 2 lb. fresh Asparagus cut into 1 1/2" pieces.
- 1 lb. Spinach
- 4 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. honey(optional)
- 2 tsp. Olive oil
- 1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 1 cup Oranges
Method
- 2 lb. fresh Asparagus cut into 1 1/2" pieces.
- Cover asparagus in salted boiling water. Cook until tender.
- Rinse immediately in cold water to stop cooking process. Pat dry.
- Rinse Spinach leaves arrange them in the plate/bowl.
- Mix Soy sauce, Honey, Olive oil; Mix cooked asparagus with this prepared mixture.
- Spread toasted sesame seeds and oranges over asparagus.
- Chill 30 minutes and serve.
