Asparagus Spinach Salad


  • 2 lb. fresh Asparagus cut into 1 1/2" pieces.

  • 1 lb. Spinach

  • 4 tsp. soy sauce

  • 1 tsp. honey(optional)

  • 2 tsp. Olive oil

  • 1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

  • 1 cup Oranges


  • 2 lb. fresh Asparagus cut into 1 1/2" pieces.

  • Cover asparagus in salted boiling water. Cook until tender.

  • Rinse immediately in cold water to stop cooking process. Pat dry.

  • Rinse Spinach leaves arrange them in the plate/bowl.

  • Mix Soy sauce, Honey, Olive oil; Mix cooked asparagus with this prepared mixture.

  • Spread toasted sesame seeds and oranges over asparagus.

  • Chill 30 minutes and serve.
